Returning Faulty Goods: With this in mind, it is very rare for any item to need to be returned to us. If a product is found to be faulty due to a defect this is normally covered by the manufacturer's own warranty. If a product is incorrect or faulty then once we have received the returned package we will inspect and by default we will replace with an identical or similar item with your agreement. All returned items are the responsibility of the customer until received by our company.
